Andy Salaz has been a counselor for eight years. Andy has taught DUI Education, Therapy, Anger Management and is certified as a withdrawal specialist from Opiate addictions. He has worked on individuals with spirituality and self-growth, marriage and family therapy, as well as mental health assessment. Through the years, Andy has worked with Gang and Drug task forces to better understand the behavior of addiction and continually utilizes all resources available to better help the individual. Andy speaks Spanish and English. Andy is also certified in Thinking for a Change.

Delores utilizes a motivational enhancement and cognitive behavioral approach in her counseling. She is also experienced working with adults within the criminal justice systems, female specific groups and a variety of different treatment modalities.

Jennifer has a Bachelor's degree in sociology with an emphasis in criminology studies. Jennifer has worked in Methadone maintenance, as a therapist, and front line staff for five years. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology. Jennifer has worked with Probation, Social Services, Parole and Recovery Court men, women and young adults.
